Selje Knee Highs
This is an English knitting pattern.
Beautiful knee highs with a picot edging and a delicate pattern. Selje knee highs completes the outfit. And they look just as good for a party as for every day.
For the perfect fit - customize the pattern. Check the gauge in stockinette before starting. The size of the knee highs can be adapted by combining the number of stitches and the length of the calves and foot. Remember that you will need more yarn than stated if you choose to work the knee highs longer than measurements given above.

PATTERN
The pattern is worked as A-F over 12 rounds. One sequence is 6 rounds. Video tutorials for techniques used in this knitting pattens are available on our YouTube Channel and on our website.
The knee highs are worked in the round using magic loop or with DPNs. A picot edging is worked in the top. The pattern counts 12 rounds and is only worked over the calves. The rest of the knee high is worked in stockinette. The heel is worked back and forth using a turning method.
TIP: A thin elastic band can be inserted in the upper fold of the knee highs to help them stay in place.
